Projected New Senate: 50 Democrats 49 Republicans 1 tie

~BEWARE OF VOTER FRAUD~

There has been a lot of concern about voting machines, and a whole lot of crap going on starting with the presidential election in 2000, and echoed in 2oo4 with the re-election of George W Bush. In the old and honerable days each precinct recorded the votes in two separate ledgers, that were laid side by side. Afterwards one of the ledgers was sent to the county recorders office, and one was kept by the head of the precinct, so that there was a bullet proof record of the vote for every precinct. The only way to cheat back then was by stuffing the balolot box, or by buying off the officials at the precinct and hauling trunk loads of ballots to the dump. The ways to cheat with electronic voting are obvious to any of us who have experienced a computor crash, or had spyware installed on their computor. So as we go to the polls, we should keep our eyes open and our ears to the ground, as we exercise our Democratic rights, hope for the best, and expect the worst.

Lieberman bid could boost GOP in House races

STAMFORD, Connecticut (AP) -- Sen. Joe Lieberman alienated plenty of Democrats with his independent bid. Just imagine their anger if he costs them control of the House.
