I remember bringing a pai...Worn out desert boots... I remember bringing a pair to Saudi Arabia in those times when I was working on a survey crew doing a topographic map for an agricultural development in the Wadi Sahaba. We needed sturdier boots than that though cause we were sometimes walking 20 miles a day. I would sure like to take another walk in those boots, at a more leisurely pace of course, so that I could collect some of the rocks that were laying on top of the ground.
